CVG’s DFW Office celebrates its involvement with H-E-B’s newest- and first- location in the DFW Metroplex

H-E-B has officially opened its doors in Frisco as it expands its footprint in North Texas. The 118,000 sq ft. H-E-B Frisco store, joins the network of six Central Market locations that have been serving DFW shoppers for more than two decades.

“This project was an interesting experience.” Says Tatiana Rodriguez. “We have been involved from the start of the project (HEB supermarket and service station) with monthly inspections and field reports tracking progress.”

Happening in Mexico

The Manzanillo Water Club & Hotel will soon be added to the Pacific Riviera as an iconic building with spectacular architecture.

Last week, the "Last Planner System" was implemented as part of the Lean Construction methodology in CVG projects in Mexico. This system was implemented in the KFC Lagos de Moreno, KFC Palmillas, and KFC Cortijo projects.

The implementation of this system was based on meetings with the leaders and workers of each project to understand which were the relevant milestones of the project, the restrictions and the objectives of the project. The objective is to be able to monitor the fulfillment of these objectives on a daily basis, as well as to attend to the restrictions that appear.
